Welcome to the Hub pharmacy

Pharmacy in, with and for your community

Pharmacy in, with and for your community.

the Hub pharmacy put the community at the heart of pharmacy and pharmacy at the heart of the community.

We provide personalised, pharmaceutical care to the people who use our pharmacies and dispense both medicines and healthcare advice tailored to meet their specific needs.

We offer an accessible and approachable first port of call for healthcare advice in the communities where our patients live.

We invest in our communities, building relationships with local healthcare organisations, businesses and supporting local charities in their work.

We provide space and facilities for local groups to meet on a regular basis.

You can contact our central team on the Contact us page or find your pharmacy by visiting the Communities page.

Toby King, George King and Joe Westerman from Warrington Wolves rugby club visited Hood Manor Pharmacy to officially launch a mobile exhibition from their 'Pass it back' campaign.

The exhibition, which is a stand containing 2 iPad’s displaying the Pass It Back application,  is the first in Warrington to be permanently displayed anywhere other than the Halliwell Jones Stadium. Hood Manor Pharmacy hopes to use the stand to raise awareness of Dementia and encourage patients to register their memories of the local town and past Wolves games which can then be shared with care homes around Warrington and used to reminisce with their residents.
