Our Drivers provide excellent patient service through operation of the collection and delivery service. As they represent the company ‘outside of the premises’ they are expected to maintain professional standards at all times, whether collecting prescriptions from local GP surgeries, delivering them to a patient’s chosen address or travelling between sites.
Our Drivers are responsible for making timely and accurate deliveries as well as keeping company property safe and secure. Our Drivers are an integral part of the team and should be prepared to carry out duties relating to the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy as requested by the Pharmacy Manager.
If you are thinking of applying for this role you should have a valid UK driving licence, held for a minimum of 2 years, and a friendly, polite and approachable personality. You should be comfortable working within a skilled team and striving to meet business objectives.
This is an 9 hours a week contract but you must flexible to work additional hours if needed. With excellent rates of pay.
