As a Pharmacy Dispenser you will manage and efficiently carry out dispensing activity in accordance with all our standard operating procedures. They maintain high professional standards and support the day to day operation of the pharmacy through tasks such as stock ordering/control and through the provision of clinical services to patients.
If you are thinking of applying for this role you must have completed a Pharmacy Healthcare Assistant/Counter Assistant course and be willing to enrol on to the Dispenser NVQII course, you must also have recent experience of working in a community pharmacy. You should be well organised, approachable and have good communication skills. You should be comfortable working within a skilled team and naturally provide excellent patient service.
Working 24 hours a week, which could include early mornings late evenings and weekends. You must be flexible to cover sickness and holidays. With 5 weeks holiday per year.
