Our Pharmacist Manager will be responsible for managing the team to provide clinical integrity through the adherence to company procedures, relevant legislation and codes of ethics. They will ensure that efficiency and high levels of patient service are maintained at all times.
They will demonstrate a good knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries and will foster good working relationships with other healthcare professionals. They will be able to drive performance in line with business objectives and will develop the team and service offering to meet and exceed expectations.
If you are thinking of applying for this role you must have 3 years experience as a pharmacy manager, and you should have a registered membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council and recent experience of successfully operating a community pharmacy business. You should be well organised, approachable and have good communication skills. You should be comfortable managing the inter-personal relationships and operational performance of a skilled team and making strategic decisions.
Working 8.45 – 18.00 Monday – Friday. Excellent rates of pay with 5 weeks holiday per year.
