What can we offer you? As vital members of the medical community you will be given the opportunity to work in a highly professional environment. At The Hub we work with accredited training provider Buttercups ensuring you are supported from every angle of the role. Alongside Buttercups training days The Hub also provides in house training days/workshops with an experienced trainee lead. All staff have a high level of personal commitment to pharmacy education, taking you beyond the limits of an exam paper and ensuring you are ready to develop into a practicing pharmacist. Your responsibilities will increase as your confidence and people skills improve and you will contribute to the overall operation of the pharmacy, learning from your pharmacist mentors and team as you progress. At the end of the year we won’t just say goodbye. As of this year a number our pharmacies are now led by previous The Hub trainees, having progressed from trainee to clinical lead, to managers.

We expect our trainee pharmacists to show the same level of care and passion for our patient as we do. From day one we need to see a desire to deliver the best possible care while also having a dedication to your studies.
